James Skinner

Managing Director

James has a background in financial services focused on equity markets, corporate structuring and finance solutions. In early 2003 he founded a Property Group that focused on the acquisition, financing and sale of real estate assets. After building and divesting over 100 properties he merged the company with a retail insurance group licensed by Australia's largest retail financial services company at that time. In 2007 James started 'Stepping Stone Equity' in order to focus on capital raising and structuring in the corporate sector. He grew 'Stepping Stone Equity' into an internationally focused company with a network of globally authorised representatives and a combined market capitalization of companies listed on international stock exchange in excess of $2 billion. In 2013, 'Stepping Stone Equity' was expanded to form Jenepé Limited, a new investment house based out of London. To date, James has completed 15 stock exchange listings in London, Paris and Frankfurt and has been involved in multiple tech start ups. 


Terry Richards


Terry is Head of listing Management with overall responsibility for the project management of the listing processes, Terry brings considerable multi-national corporate management experience to the company. He has held numerous senior management positions including Director and General Management of Boral Tyers and 24 years with the Shell Group of Companies working both in Australia and Europe. During this time he held many senior executive management positions that have given him an enormous breadth and depth of commercial experience. He has operated a number of large brand name retail networks during his career and has much experience in the area of franchising. Since 2008 Terry has worked with Stepping Stone equity and Jenepé specialising in assisting and developing high growths SME's, particularly in the area of capital raising and restructuring.


Gerhard Moll


Gerhard is head of commercial strategy and compliance for Jenepé Limited and is focused on stock exchange listings and advisory. Gerhard has over 20 years' experience working as a commercial lawyer in a number of major Melbourne law firms.  Since 2006 he has been the principal of Argus Lawyers, a firm that provides both legal and strategic advice to commercial enterprises of all sizes. gerhard's specialty areas include technology and intellectual property law, high growth companies, capital raising and stock exchange listings. In addition to his commercial legal experience he spent three years working as the Managing Director of bSolutions, an online business information provider. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws degree, and is admitted to practice in both Victoria & Queensland.
